Our “Why”:
Most businesses, especially small family owned ones do not sell. When the owners wish to retire, very often the business simply closes.
We believe that this is a tragedy as it results in local areas where only “large chain” businesses survive, leaving homogenised communities and low standards for the customers.
We believe in giving business owners the opportunity to realise value from the businesses they have spent their lives building, and keep the business strong and healthy for the future
Our Board has over 120 years of experience of investing in, building and managing successful businesses of all sizes and types. We are committed to supporting the people we work with, both sellers and colleagues.
